The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Cedar Bluff Tigers (Cedar Bluff, AL) and the visiting Ragland Purple Devils (Ragland, AL), saw Cedar Bluff's volleyball squad beat Ragland by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Cedar Bluff upgrades its record to 5-1 on the year. The Tigers host Saks (Anniston, AL) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 21. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

The Purple Devils now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Cornerstone for a non-league bout on Saturday, August 21. Ragland will play a Eagles squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Center Point (Birmingham, AL). The Eagles record now stands at 2-1.
