Ohio High School Soccer - Sheridan knocks off New Lexington

The Sheridan Generals soccer team scored 7 points and limited the visiting New Lexington Panthers to 0 in the Generals league victory on Monday.

Next, the Generals face the Tri-Valley Scotties (Dresden, OH) in a Muskingum Valley contest, on Wednesday, August 23. Sheridan will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record. The Scotties enter the contest with a 0-2 record after their 7-1 non-league loss to Fairfield Union (Lancaster, OH).

The Panthers now have a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Maysville for a Muskingum Valley contest on Saturday, August 26. New Lexington will face a Panthers team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Philo (Duncan Falls, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 0-2.
