Cambridge Bears (Milton, GA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Buford Wolves (Buford, GA), 4-3 in a non-league challenge.

The Bears now own a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Alexander for a non-league match on Friday, August 25. Cambridge will face a Cougars squad coming off a 11-1 non-league loss to East Paulding (Dallas, GA). The Cougars record now stands at 3-1.

With the loss, Buford moves to 2-1 on the season. The Wolves travel to Winder-Barrow (Winder, GA) to face the Bulldoggs in a non-league match on Wednesday, August 23. The Bulldoggs go into the match with a record of 3-0. Winder-Barrow won 10-0 in their recent non-league match against Flowery Branch (Flowery Branch, GA)
