The Warren County Wildcats held off the visiting Clarke County Eagles volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Monday's non-league test.
The Wildcats now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Manassas Park for a non-league test on Wednesday, August 23.
The Eagles (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Sherando (Stephens City, VA). The Warriors enter the non-league test with a 2-0 record. In their last test, Sherando held off Central Woodstock (Woodstock, VA), 2-1, in a non-league test.
