The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Pope Greyhounds (Marietta, GA) and the host Hillgrove Hawks (Powder Springs, GA), saw Pope's volleyball squad beat Hillgrove by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Pope upgrades its record to 10-1 on the year. The Greyhounds travel to North Cobb Christian (Kennesaw, GA) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Monday, August 21. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
The Hawks now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Marietta for a bout on Monday, August 28.
