The Lexington Yellowjackets prevailed the host Parkland Mustangs volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Monday's non-league test.
The Yellowjackets now have a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host T.W. Andrews for a non-league test on Wednesday, August 23. Lexington will confront a Red Raiders team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Northeast Guilford (McLeansville, NC). The Red Raiders record now stands at 3-0.
The Mustangs (1-2) will now prepare for their test against North Forsyth (Winston-Salem, NC). The Vikings enter the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, North Forsyth dropped by Parkland (Winston-Salem, NC), 2-0, in a non-league test.
