With the triumph, Bishop Gorman advances its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Gaels host Coronado (Henderson, NV) to clash with the Cougars in a test on Tuesday, September 10. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 2-0.

The Panthers now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Green Valley for a test on Tuesday, August 27.
