The Surry Central Golden Eagles edged the visiting Alleghany Trojans volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Thursday's non-league game.
Coming up next, the Golden Eagles play the Atkins Camels (Winston-Salem, NC) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, August 27. Surry Central will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record.
With the loss, Alleghany drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Trojans host Ashe County (West Jefferson, NC) to play the Huskies in a non-league outing on Tuesday, August 26. The Huskies come into the outing with a record of 1-1.
