With the win, Midway advances its record to 3-1 on the season. The Raiders host Spring Creek (Seven Springs, NC) to face the Gators in a non-league test on Tuesday, August 26. The Gators go into the test with a record of 1-2. Spring Creek lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against James Kenan (Warsaw, NC)

The Bulldogs now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Perquimans for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 26. Princeton will face a Pirates squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to First Flight (Kill Devil Hills, NC). The Pirates record now stands at 0-3.
