In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Nash Central Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Southern Nash Firebirds.
The Bulldogs (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Northern Nash (Rocky Mount, NC). The Knights enter the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Northern Nash was beaten by Bunn (Bunn, NC), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Firebirds meet the Louisburg Warriors (Louisburg, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, August 25. Southern Nash will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Oxford Prep (Oxford, NC).
