The Hartland Eagles soccer squad scored 7 points and held the visiting Canton Cobras to 0 in the Eagles non-league victory on Thursday.
The Eagles now possess a 6-0 record. They play next when they travel to Northville for a non-league bout on Monday, August 25. Hartland will face a Mustangs team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Pioneer (Ann Arbor, MI). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-2.
The Cobras (0-2) will now prepare for their game against Utica Eisenhower (Shelby Township, MI). The Eagles go into the non-league bout with a 1-0 record. In their last bout, Utica Eisenhower got by L'Anse Creuse North (Macomb, MI), 4-1, in a non-league bout.
