With the triumph, Oakwood Christian moves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Eagles host Temple Academy (Powell, TN) to clash with the Crusaders in a non-league test on Tuesday, August 26. The Crusaders come into the test with a record of 0-0.

The Conquerors now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bible Baptist Christian for a GCAA Region II test on Tuesday, September 2.
