Georgia High School Softball - Buford bounces Mill Creek

The Buford Wolves (Buford, GA) softball routed the visiting Mill Creek Hawks (Hoschton, GA), 12-0 in Thursday's league outing.

The Wolves now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Campbell for a non-league outing on Friday, August 22. Buford will encounter a Spartans team coming off a 10-9 league win over Hillgrove (Powder Springs, GA). The Spartans record now stands at 2-4.

With the loss, Mill Creek drops to 4-2 on the campaign. The Hawks host Dacula (Dacula, GA) to clash with the Falcons in a 6A Region 8 test on Tuesday, August 26. The Falcons go into the test with a record of 7-3. Dacula won 16-0 in their recent league test against Central Gwinnett (Lawrenceville, GA)
