In Thursday's league test, the Sasakwa Vikings (Sasakwa, OK) softball squad overwhelmed the host Butner Eagles (Cromwell, OK), by a tally of 28-13.

Next, the Vikings meet the Olive Wildcats (Drumright, OK) in a non-league test, on Friday, August 22. Sasakwa will attempt to advance on its 1-6 season record. The Wildcats go into the test with a 0-6 record after their 17-9 non-league loss to Woodland (Fairfax, OK).

The Eagles (1-3) will now prepare for their outing against Okemah (Okemah, OK). The Panthers come into the non-league outing with a 4-7 record.
