The Trojans (5-2) will now prepare for their match against Buford (Buford, GA). The Wolves come into the non-league match with a 2-0 record. In their last match, Buford notched a victory over Mill Creek (Hoschton, GA), 12-0, in a league match.

In their next game, the Indians confront the Dade County Wolverines (Trenton, GA) in a 1A D-I Region 7 challenge, on Tuesday, August 26. Chattooga will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Wolverines enter the challenge with a 9-2 record after their 4-3 non-league win over LaFayette (LaFayette, GA).
