The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Hennessey Eagles (Hennessey, OK) and the visiting Crossings Christian Knights (Oklahoma City, OK), observed Hennessey's softball team get by Crossings Christian by a tally of 4-0.

The Eagles (4-3) will now prepare for their bout against Crescent (Crescent, OK). The Tigers go into the 2A bout with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Crescent was routed by Heritage Hall (Oklahoma City, OK), 2-0, in a non-league contest.

The Knights now hold a 1-6 record. They play next when they travel to Minco for a non-league contest on Friday, August 22. Crossings Christian will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 4-2 league loss to Hennessey (Hennessey, OK). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-5.
