Georgia High School Softball - Douglass bounces Riverdale

In Thursday's league match, the visiting Douglass Astros softball team scored a nice 16-8 victory over the Riverdale Raiders.
The Astros (2-2) will now prepare for their match against Tri-Cities (East Point, GA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league match with a 3-1 record. In their last match, Tri-Cities was routed by Chamblee (Chamblee, GA), 18-1, in a league game.
The Raiders now hold a 1-1 record. They play next when they host KIPP Atlanta Collegiate for a non-league game on Monday, August 25.
