The Union Redhawks softball squad (Tulsa, OK), was routed 9-0 in Thursday's non-league contest with the host Piedmont Wildcats (Piedmont, OK)

With the triumph, Piedmont improves its record to 6-2 on the year. The Wildcats host Edmond North (Edmond, OK) to face the Huskies in a non-league contest on Monday, August 25. The Huskies enter the bout with a record of 3-8. Edmond North lost 5-1 in their recent non-league bout against Kingfisher (Kingfisher, OK)

In their next game, the Redhawks clash with the Owasso Rams (Owasso, OK) in a 6A District 3 bout, on Monday, August 25. Union will attempt to advance on its 0-5 season record.
