The Academy of Careers & Exploration Eagle volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Trona Tornadoes to 1 in the Eagle non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Eagle now possess a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Excelsior Charter for a Cross Valley game on Thursday, August 28.

The Tornadoes (2-1) will now prepare for their game against Lancaster Baptist (Lancaster, CA). The Eagles enter the non-league game with a 1-2 record. In their last game, Lancaster Baptist was topped by Trinity Classical Academy (Valencia, CA), 3-0, in a league outing.
