The Pirates now possess a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Pierce County for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 21.

With the loss, Brantley County drops to 3-8 on the campaign. The Herons travel to Highland Christian Academy (Valdosta, GA) to clash with the EAGLES in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 23. The EAGLES come into the bout with a record of 1-4. Highland Christian Academy lost 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Sherwood Christian Academy (Albany, GA)
