In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Chiefland Indians volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the P.K. Yonge Blue Wave.

The Indians (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Bronson (Bronson, FL). The Eagles come into the Rural - Region 4 District 7 challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Bronson gained a win over Ocala Christian (Ocala, FL), 3-1, in a non-league game.

With the loss, P.K. Yonge drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Blue wave travel to Oak Hall (Gainesville, FL) to play the Eagles in a 2A District 1 outing on Tuesday, August 26. The Eagles come into the outing with a record of 1-1. Oak Hall lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Trinity Catholic (Ocala, FL)
