North Carolina High School Volleyball - Holmes over Currituck County

Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Holmes Aces (Edenton, NC) and the visiting Currituck County Knights (Barco, NC), saw Holmes's volleyball squad notch a victory over Currituck County by a score of 3-0.

With the win, Holmes improves its record to 6-0 on the season. The Aces host Washington (Washington, NC) to encounter the Pam Pack in a non-league battle on Monday, August 25. The Pam Pack go into the battle with a record of 0-4. Washington lost 3-0 in their recent non-league battle against Bear Grass Charter (Williamston, NC)

The Knights now own a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Camden County for a non-league battle on Monday, August 25. Currituck County will encounter a Bruins team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Pasquotank County (Elizabeth City, NC). The Bruins record now stands at 4-0.
