Mississippi High School Volleyball - DeSoto Central Northpoint Christian

Northpoint Christian Trojans (Southaven, MS) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball team overcome the visiting DeSoto Central Jaguars (Southaven, MS), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Trojans (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Benedict at Auburndale (Cordova, TN). The Eagles come into the D-II A District 6 challenge with a 0-2 record.

Next, the Jaguars meet the Hernando Tigers (Hernando, MS) in a Class 7A Region 1 challenge, on Tuesday, August 26. DeSoto Central will attempt to upgrade on its 8-3 season record.
