The Tivy Antlers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Dripping Springs Tigers to 1 in the Antlers non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Antlers now have a 7-5 record. They play next when they travel to O'Connor for a non-league outing on Thursday, August 21. Tivy will play a Panthers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Warren (San Antonio, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 7-1.
The Tigers (6-8) will now prepare for their game against Flour Bluff (Corpus Christi, TX). The Hornets go into the non-league game with a 8-3 record. In their last game, Flour Bluff nudged Miller (Corpus Christi, TX), 3-0, in a league game.
