Jefferson Christian Academy Eagles (Birmingham, AL) backers were pleased Thursday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Fultondale Wildcats (Birmingham, AL), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Eagles (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Indian Springs (Pelham, AL). The Student come into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Indian Springs lost by Montevallo (Montevallo, AL), 3-0, in a non-league game.

The Wildcats (0-2) will now prepare for their game against Fairfield (Fairfield, AL). The Tigers go into the non-league game with a 1-2 record. In their last game, Fairfield gained a win over Holy Spirit Catholic (Tuscaloosa, AL), 2-1, in a non-league outing.
