Hillsboro Eagles (Hillsboro, TX) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Valley Mills Eagles (Valley Mills, TX), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Hillsboro improves its record to 9-3 on the season. The Eagles travel to Castleberry (Fort Worth, TX) to face the Lions in a non-league test on Thursday, August 21. The Lions go into the test with a record of 3-2.

The Eagles now own a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hamilton for a non-league test on Saturday, August 23. Valley Mills will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Abbott (Abbott, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-1.
