In Thursday's non-league match, the L'Anse Creuse North Crusaders (Macomb, MI) volleyball squad overcame the host Utica Chieftains (Utica, MI), by a count of 2-0.

Next up, the Crusaders battle the Seaholm Maples (Birmingham, MI) in a non-league match, on Saturday, August 23. L'Anse Creuse North will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Maples enter the match with a 2-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Fraser (Fraser, MI).
