Alabama High School Volleyball - Millry over Southern Choctaw

Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Millry Wildcats (Millry, AL) and the host Southern Choctaw Indians (Gilbertown, AL), witnessed Millry's volleyball team overcome Southern Choctaw by a tally of 3-0.

The Wildcats (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against W.S. Neal (East Brewton, AL). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, W.S. Neal beat Hillcrest (Evergreen, AL), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Indians face the Washington County Bulldogs (Chatom, AL) in a non-league test, on Saturday, August 23. Southern Choctaw will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Bulldogs go into the test with a 1-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Fruitdale (Fruitdale, AL).
