Georgia High School Volleyball - Pickens Union County

The Union County Panthers topped the visiting Pickens Dragons volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league game.

Next up, the Panthers confront the Stephens County Indians (Toccoa, GA) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, August 26. Union County will attempt to move on its 6-4 season record. The Indians enter the match with a 1-7 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Flowery Branch (Flowery Branch, GA).

The Dragons (8-9) will now prepare for their match against North Hall (Gainesville, GA). The Trojans come into the 3A Area 6 bout with a 4-7 record. In their last bout, North Hall fell by North Atlanta (Atlanta, GA), 2-0, in a non-league bout.
