The Lions (7-2) will now prepare for their contest against Valor Christian (Alpharetta, GA). The Lions enter the non-league contest with a 0-6 record. In their last contest, Valor Christian was knocked off by Dominion Christian (Marietta, GA), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Cougars battle the Mount de Sales Academy Cavaliers (Macon, GA) in a GIAA 6AAA battle, on Monday, August 25. Piedmont Academy will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record. The Cavaliers go into the battle with a 5-3 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Valwood (Valdosta, GA).
