Glynn Academy Terrors (Brunswick, GA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Charlton County Indians (Folkston, GA), 8-7 in a non-league challenge.

The Terrors now own a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host Camden County for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 23. Glynn Academy will battle a Wildcats squad coming off a 7-5 non-league loss to Ware County (Waycross, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-3.

With the loss, Charlton County falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Atkinson County (Pearson, GA) to battle the Rebels in a 1A D-II Region 2 challenge on Tuesday, August 23. The Rebels enter the challenge with a record of 0-6. Atkinson County lost 18-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Telfair County (McRae, GA)
