With the win, Hiwassee Dam upgrades its record to 1-3 on the year. The Eagles host Hayesville (Hayesville, NC) to play the Yellowjackets in a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 23. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a record of 3-1. Hayesville won 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Tuscola (Waynesville, NC)

The Wildcats now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Blue Ridge Early College for a non-league bout on Monday, August 29.
