North Carolina High School Volleyball - Highland Tech over South Point

The Highland Tech Rams (Gastonia, NC) volleyball overcame the host South Point Red Raiders (Belmont, NC), 3-1 in Monday's non-league outing.

With the win, Highland Tech upgrades its record to 2-2 on the year. The Rams travel to West Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC) to play the Rebels in a non-league outing on Wednesday, August 24. The Rebels go into the outing with a record of 0-3. West Lincoln lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against East Lincoln (Denver, NC)

The Red Raiders now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Bessemer City for a non-league outing on Wednesday, August 24. South Point will play a Yellow Jackets squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Huss (Gastonia, NC). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 0-2.
