With the win, Raleigh upgrades its record to 2-3 on the year. The Lions travel to Mize (Mize, MS) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 23. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Mize lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Stringer (Stringer, MS)

The Tigers now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they host Simpson Academy for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 25. McLaurin will play a Cougars squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Lamar (Meridian, MS). The Cougars record now stands at 3-2.
