North Carolina High School Volleyball - Orange edged by Southern Alamance

The Southern Alamance Patriots held off the host Orange Panthers volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Monday's non-league test.

The Patriots now have a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northwood for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 23. Southern Alamance will confront a Chargers team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Seaforth (Pittsboro, NC). The Chargers record now stands at 0-3.

The Panthers (3-3) will now prepare for their test against East Chapel Hill (Chapel Hill, NC). The Wildcats enter the non-league test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, East Chapel Hill was nudged by Orange (Hillsborough, NC), 3-1, in a non-league test.
