Oklahoma High School Softball - Purcell holds off Ada

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league match between the Purcell Dragons (Purcell, OK) and the host Ada Cougars (Ada, OK), saw Purcell's softball squad nip Ada by a count of 6-4.

The Dragons now sport a 8-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dibble for a non-league match on Thursday, August 24.

With the loss, Ada falls to 5-4 on the campaign. The Cougars host Sulphur (Sulphur, OK) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Monday, August 28. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 7-5.
