The Pierce County Bears softball team (Blackshear, GA), was routed 10-2 in Tuesday's league test with the host Brantley County Herons (Nahunta, GA)

Coming up next, the Herons encounter the Tattnall County Warriors (Reidsville, GA) in a 2A Region 3 test, on Thursday, August 24. Brantley County will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Warriors enter the test with a 2-3 record after their 10-0 league loss to Vidalia (Vidalia, GA).
