The King's Ridge Christian Tigers softball team scored 17 runs and limited the host Galloway Scots to 1 in the Tigers league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, King's Ridge Christian improves its record to 3-2 on the year. The Tigers host Mount Pisgah Christian (Johns Creek, GA) to clash with the Patriots in a 1A D-I Region 6 game on Thursday, August 24. The Patriots come into the game with a record of 4-3. Mount Pisgah Christian lost 16-8 in their recent non-league game against Riverwood (Sandy Springs, GA)

In their next game, the Scots clash with the Whitefield Academy WolfPack (Mableton, GA) in a 1A D-I Region 6 game, on Thursday, August 24. Galloway will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record. The WolfPack come into the game with a 1-3 record after their 10-1 non-league loss to Paulding County (Dallas, GA).
