Texas High School Volleyball - Como-Pickton overwhelmed by Mount Vernon

In Tuesday's non-league battle, the host Mount Vernon Tigers volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Como-Pickton Eagles.

The Tigers (3-7) will now prepare for their battle against Pewitt (Omaha, TX). The Brahmas come into the non-league battle with a 2-3 record. In their last battle, Pewitt lost by Chisum (Paris, TX), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Eagles clash with the Mt. Pleasant Tigers (Mt. Pleasant, TX) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, August 24. Como-Pickton will attempt to advance on its 5-5 season record. The Tigers come into the battle with a 0-11 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Atlanta (Atlanta, TX).
