Texas High School Volleyball - First Baptist over Covenant

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the First Baptist Saints (Dallas, TX) and the host Covenant Knights (Dallas, TX), saw First Baptist's volleyball squad beat Covenant by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, First Baptist upgrades its record to 10-1 on the year. The Saints travel to Cypress Christian (Houston, TX) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Thursday, August 24. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 3-4. Cypress Christian lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Houston Christian (Houston, TX)

The Knights now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Coram Deo Academy for a non-league bout on Friday, August 25. Covenant will play a Lions squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Episcopal School of Dallas (Dallas, TX). The Lions record now stands at 11-6.
