The Flippin Bobcats volleyball team (Flippin, AR), was edged 3-2 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Melbourne Bearkatz (Melbourne, AR)
The Bearkatz (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Izard County (Brockwell, AR). The Cougars come into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Izard County nudged Salem (Salem, AR), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Bobcats encounter the Bergman Panthers (Bergman, AR) in a 3A Northwest challenge, on Thursday, August 24. Flippin will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Yellville-Summit (Yellville, AR).
