Kentucky High School Volleyball - Logan County over Franklin-Simpson

The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Logan County Cougars (Russellville, KY) and the host Franklin-Simpson Wildcats (Franklin, KY), saw Logan County's volleyball squad beat Franklin-Simpson by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Logan County upgrades its record to 2-3 on the year. The Cougars host Warren Central (Bowling Green, KY) to play the Dragons in a non-league bout on Wednesday, August 23. The Dragons go into the bout with a record of 0-4. Warren Central lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Greenwood (Bowling Green, KY)

The Wildcats now own a 1-8 record. They play next when they host Butler County for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 24. Franklin-Simpson will play a Bears squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to McLean County (Calhoun, KY). The Bears record now stands at 2-3.
