The Queen's Grant Stallions volleyball team (Matthews, NC), went down 3-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the visiting Piedmont Community Charter Patriots (Gastonia, NC)

The Patriots (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Christ the King (Huntersville, NC). The Crusaders enter the non-league challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, Christ the King went down by Gray Stone Day (Misenheimer, NC), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Stallions encounter the Parkwood Wolf Pack (Monroe, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, August 28. Queen's Grant will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Wolf Pack enter the challenge with a 0-4 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Porter Ridge (Indian Trail, NC).
