With the triumph, Oneida Baptist Institute moves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Mountaineers host Shelby Valley (Pikeville, KY) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league test on Saturday, August 24. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 0-3. Shelby Valley lost 9-1 in their recent league test against Belfry (Belfry, KY)

The Yellowjackets now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Barbourville for a District 50 test on Tuesday, August 27. Middlesboro will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 4-0 league loss to Harlan County (Harlan, KY). The Tigers record now stands at 0-3.
