The Wellston Tigers overwhelmed the host Agra Bearcats softball squad by a count of 16-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Tigers meet the Glencoe Panthers (Glencoe, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, August 26. Wellston will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Panthers go into the challenge with a 2-6 record after their 4-0 league loss to Covington-Douglas (Covington, OK).

The Bearcats (0-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Depew (Depew, OK). The Hornets go into the Class A challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Depew toppled Oilton (Oilton, OK), 11-1, in a league challenge.
