In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Edmond Santa Fe Wolves softball team scored a nice 11-1 win over the Putnam City Pirates.

The Wolves (4-6) will now prepare for their match against Altus (Altus, OK). The Bulldogs come into the non-league match with a 4-4 record.

In their next game, the Pirates confront the Watonga Eagles (Watonga, OK) in a non-league match, on Friday, August 23. Putnam City will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record. The Eagles come into the match with a 0-5 record after their 31-3 non-league loss to Kingfisher (Kingfisher, OK).
