The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the North Gwinnett Bulldogs (Suwanee, GA) and the visiting Parkview Panthers (Lilburn, GA), observed North Gwinnett's softball team get by Parkview by a tally of 8-4.
The Bulldogs (7-3) will now prepare for their bout against Brookwood (Snellville, GA). The Broncos go into the 6A Region 7 bout with a 10-2 record. In their last bout, Brookwood tipped Mary Persons (Forsyth, GA), 11-0, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Panthers clash with the Dacula Falcons (Dacula, GA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, August 24. Parkview will attempt to advance on its 5-3 season record. The Falcons go into the bout with a 6-2 record after their 9-4 league loss to Buford (Buford, GA).
