St. Augustine Knights (Laredo, TX) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Carrizo Springs Wildcats (Carrizo Springs, TX), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, St. Augustine advances its record to 4-3 on the season. The Knights travel to Bruni (Bruni, TX) to face the Badgers in a non-league test on Tuesday, August 27. The Badgers go into the test with a record of 0-3. Bruni lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Santa Maria (Santa Maria, TX)

The Wildcats now sport a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jones for a non-league test on Thursday, August 22. Carrizo Springs will face a Trojans squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over George West (George West, TX). The Trojans record now stands at 9-1.
