The Clarksdale Wildcats topped the host Cleveland Central Wolves volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Thursday's league game.
Next up, the Wildcats confront the Rosa Fort Lions (Tunica, MS) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, August 27. Clarksdale will attempt to advance on its 4-1 season record. The Lions go into the game with a 0-3 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Byhalia (Byhalia, MS).
The Wolves (1-4) will now prepare for their game against Shaw (Shaw, MS). The Warriors go into the non-league game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Shaw gained a win over North Side (Shelby, MS), 3-1, in a non-league game.
