In Thursday's league challenge, the host Hancock County Hornets volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Frederick Fraize Aces.
The Hornets (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Meade County (Brandenburg, KY). The Green Waves enter the District 11 challenge with a 3-3 record. In their last challenge, Meade County beat University Heights (Hopkinsville, KY), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Aces meet the Cannelton Bulldogs (Cannelton, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, August 27. Frederick Fraize will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Clarksville (Clarksville, IN).
